My focus is a firm foundation. Builds take time. They take patience. Building that foundation together from start to finish is lengthy and tedious. We choose every detail before ground is broken. I pride myself on top tier organization.

My partnered lenders offer several options for construction loans. This means we can close within 30 days of going under contract or you can make interest only payments until the build is complete. The lender will supply draws to the builder when needed. If you own land, we can use your equity in the land as down payment for the house! Lots of ways we can cut costs for you to build your dream home!

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU:

  1. Approximate cost you anticipate spending and/or financing for the build.

  2. If have a floorplan in mind, send that over to me so we can walk through it and have it drawn up/priced. If you do not have a floorplan, visit jabuilders.net to explore some of our favorite in house plans.

  3. Is this your dream home/true custom or are we doing builder grade new home?

  4. What size lot do I need to start looking for and what location?

IF YOU OWN LAND, I NEED:

  1. Septic permit (I will help you facilitate this if you do not have it yet unless you are on sewer)

  2. Tax map number or property address so that I can pull current survey and see if we need a new one/also check value on land that you are able to use as down payment on build
